Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
QHow do I print a monthly calendar on a single page?
Choose the paper size and orientation in the settings, then press the print button next to them. In the print dialog select the same paper size and keep the scale at 100% (Default). The sheet already includes 10 mm margins, so it fits exactly one page without cropping.
QHow do I save the calendar as a PDF file?
Press the print button and pick “Save as PDF” (or “Microsoft Print to PDF”) as the destination in your browser's print dialog. The result is a vector PDF: text and lines stay sharp at any zoom level and print cleanly on any printer.
QWhat is the difference between A4 and US Letter paper?
A4 measures 210 × 297 mm (ISO 216) and is the standard in most countries. US Letter measures 8.5 × 11 inches (215.9 × 279.4 mm) and is used mainly in the United States and Canada. Select the size that is loaded in your printer; a mismatch makes the browser shrink or crop the page.
QWhy do calendars start the week on different days?
Conventions differ: the international standard ISO 8601 starts the week on Monday, calendars in the United States, Canada and Japan usually start on Sunday, and many countries in the Middle East start on Saturday. The default follows the conventions of your language, and you can switch between Monday, Sunday and Saturday at any time.
QWhich template should I choose: clean grid or lined planner?
The clean grid gives large empty boxes, ideal for a wall calendar, appointments or stickers. The lined planner adds writing lines 6.5 mm apart inside every day and a notes section at the bottom, which suits handwritten to-do lists and habit tracking. Landscape gives wider boxes; portrait gives taller ones.
QCan I make a calendar for any month and year?
Yes. Select any month and year, or step through months with the arrows. Days are calculated from the Gregorian calendar, including leap years such as February 29, 2028, and the page opens on your current month. Public holidays are not pre-printed, so the sheet works in every country — add your local dates by hand.
