Printing Guide

How to Print a Calendar That Fits Exactly One Page

A good printed calendar starts with the right paper, orientation and layout. These three steps take less than a minute and give you a clean, single-page sheet for monthly or yearly planning.

1

1. Match the Paper to Your Printer

Choose A4 (210 × 297 mm) or US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) to match the paper in your printer tray, then pick landscape for wider boxes or portrait for taller ones.

2

2. Pick a Layout and the First Day of the Week

Use the clean grid for appointments and wall calendars, or choose a lined planner or week numbers. Start the week on Monday, Sunday or Saturday to match how you plan.

3

3. Print at 100% or Save as PDF

Press the print button, then keep the scale at 100% and the same paper size in the print dialog. Choose “Save as PDF” to keep a sharp vector file you can print again later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers about paper sizes, layouts and printing.

Are these printable calendars free to use?

Yes. Every calendar is free to generate, print and save as PDF, with no sign-up. The page is built in your browser, and nothing you choose is uploaded or stored.

Which paper sizes and orientations are supported?

A4 and US Letter, each in landscape and portrait orientation. The sheet is sized to the exact paper dimensions with built-in margins, so it prints on exactly one page.

Can I change the first day of the week?

Yes. You can start the week on Monday, Sunday or Saturday. The default follows the conventions of the language you are viewing the site in.

Will the printout include website menus or ads?

No. Only the calendar sheet is printed: the site header, navigation, buttons, settings and any advertising are removed from the printed page and from the PDF.
