Tots els càlculs, les projeccions matemàtiques, els quadres d’amortització de préstecs, els desglossaments d’impostos i les estimacions financeres produïts per enetko s’ofereixen estrictament amb finalitats informatives i educatives generals.

✓Utilitat informativa: les nostres eines ofereixen estimacions basades en fórmules matemàtiques i en les dades introduïdes pels usuaris.
✓Sense relació d’assessorament fiduciari: l’ús d’aquest lloc no constitueix assessorament financer, d’inversió, comptable ni jurídic.
✓Consulta professional: Consulteu sempre un CPA amb llicència, un professional fiscal o un assessor financer abans de prendre decisions financeres vinculants.
✓Disposició «tal com està»: El programari es proporciona «tal com està», sense garanties; es recomana als usuaris que verifiquin els resultats.

1. Agreement to Terms & Operator Identification

By accessing or using enetko ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is created, owned, and operated by individual developer Kostiantyn Shynkaruk (Lviv, Ukraine; official contact: [email protected]). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Relationship

  • Financial calculations (such as mortgage monthly payments, PMI, loan amortization, compound growth) depend heavily on statutory formulas and user-entered assumptions that may not reflect individual credit profiles, lender underwriting requirements, fees, or local escrow rules.
  • Tax calculators (such as VAT, Sales Tax, and GST) provide statutory baseline estimates and do not account for individual tax deductions, exemptions, nexus thresholds, or local municipality surcharges.
  • You must always consult a licensed financial advisor, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or qualified legal professional before entering into binding commercial contracts, mortgage agreements, or tax filings.

3. "As Is" Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all associated calculators, code, and content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall enetko, its authors, maintainers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the calculators, including but not limited to calculation errors, financial losses, tax penalties, or reliance on mathematical projections.

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

The software architecture, visual interface, brand assets, and custom design of enetko are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or overwhelm our infrastructure through automated denial-of-service attempts.

5. Third-Party Links & Content

The Service may provide links to third-party reference sources (such as official statutory tax authority websites, IRS, HMRC, ATO, CRA). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party websites.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, their interpretation, and any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to the use of enetko shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
